Inside Tiny Glade, try going to Settings -> Video -> Image, and changing “Quality preset” to "Balanced" or "Performance". This should take some strain off the graphics card, reducing its power use. If your monitor has a high resolution, you might also try reducing "Resolution scale" in Settings -> Video -> Image.
By default, Tiny Glade limits frame rate to 60 FPS. Depending on your sensitivity to animation smoothness, you might try reducing it to 30 in Settings -> Video -> Display.
If you're playing on a laptop, it might have additional power and performance settings, for example Armoury Crate for ASUS laptops lets you select presets like Silent, Performance and Turbo.
On the Steam Deck, a TDP Limit of 10W strikes w pretty good balance between heat, noise, and performance.
