Tiny Glade doesn't start

This can be tricky to diagnose, but let's start with something simple.

When you press the green "PLAY" button in Steam, does any window show up at all?

• Yes, Tiny Glade shows me a window about the crash.
• Yes, Steam shows me an error
• No, the button changes for a second, but nothing else happens.
